Well it’s been a fun holiday but all things must end so we go home today. It’s going to be a very long day as the flights not until 7pm tonight and we’ll get home around 1am. Then I’ve got work in the morning as usual as I’ve got no more holidays left this year.

Highlight was probably yesterday when we just sat on the beach most of the day. Glorious sunshine. Fairly quiet for most of the day and clear blue ocean. Lowlight would be trying to eat an evening meal in peace when all the boy wants is a banana sandwich and doesn’t understand why he can’t have peanut butter. I don’t think he’s eaten one single full meal since being here, but that’s 2 year olds for you I suppose.

Checkouts at 12 so we’re going to have breakfast then get packed slowly. Mmm, can’t wait to eat beans, fried egg, rubber bacon and weird sausages AGAIN for the 6th time in a row as they don’t really do anything else. The cereal is really shitty own brand and the milk’s uht so it tastes like shite.

What interests the most is the price of things out here. Some things are really cheap here like beer at 1€ a pint, fags at 2.50€ a packet or petrol at 70 cents a litre. But on the flip side you’ve got milk at 1.50 for 2 pints, bread is over 2€ and a decent 200g of dairy milk is over 3€. Which REALLY sucks.

Still I’d probably come back so that’s the best recommendation I can give. Just make it 4 star next time and a bit closer to the sea.
