Did anyone watch The X Factor on Saturday?

I’m on the home straight now for Reading Festival 2009. Only 3 more sleeps in my own comfy bed before i sit in a field for 4 days with people I can’t stand watching bands i don’t care about surrounded by drunk teenagers i want to punch.

How amazing does Tony Hawk Ride look. It’s gonna be out at Christmas in the US so we’re probably looking at May or something stupid in the UK.

For fuck’s sake. I’ve got a cold again. This is about the third or forth one this year. Obviously making up for last year as i didn’t have a single one then.

So as men must do in these situations i’ve told everyone within hearing distance that i’m ‘not well’ in a weak, croaky, bunged up voice followed by lengthy bouts of sniffing and looking helpless.

The missus is babysitting her friends 1 year old daughter for the next 2 days. In fact she got a text this morning at 7.05 saying they’re on their way so she had time to chuck some clothes on before the door went.

In 2 and a half hours she’s already chucked duplo bricks at the telly and emptied a cup of water all over the telly stand that’s housing the sky box and blu-ray player. The missus tried to tell her off and she just looked at her like she was a piece of shit and then ignored her.
